Program Editor
Your job is to have the program booklet (except for the center page) printed  by November 1. It has to be folded and stapled by November 12. Understand that you do not have to do all the work yourself. Your job is to make sure that it is done by the deadline. Your most difficult challenge is in meeting the deadline.  Aim for finishing the book before the deadline. Under no circumstances do I want to be dealing with the book the days before we open. It has to be done by the deadline so that in an emergency, we can change something. Make sure every student reads all the information about themselves so that there are no errors.

You will be printing the program. Don't hesitate to ask me for help in your job. Ask me early before a problem develops too far. Don't wait for late October to put the book together. The program booklet is printed in school at no charge to us.

As you are well aware, the program booklet is our main source of income. Constantly refer to the old booklets.

The book contains a number of elements:
1.A center page containing cast and crew.
2.¼, ½, and full size ads.
3.Biographies of the Team members.
4.Information about the Drury Drama Team and its activities.
5.Front page with logos.
6.A "Thank you" page listing all the people that helped including VIP ticket holders.

Take a look at page programs to see what we have done in the past. Most importantly, do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions at all. Thanks

A tech report is due on Oct 1 and Nov1.
